Andrew Mark is a cross disciplinary artist and designer based in Portland OR with a professional background in engineering and custom fabrication. Although he enjoys learning and tinkering in their own right–what grounds his work is a fascination with physics. Specifically, he seeks to make visible, the beautiful and often overlooked, physics of the everyday. Through close observation and successive experimentation, he attempts to highlight these natural phenomena and offer a moment to sit with the beauty of the natural world.
